Representing a client involved in litigation is both an honor and great responsibility. Brett Saunders’s takes this responsibility to heart and does everything he can to make sure that Hancock Daniel clients receive the best results possible. “I understand that putting in the extra time and care on a case can be the difference between a positive and negative outcome for a client,” says Brett. “When clients ask for representation, I understand that they are placing their reputation, and sometimes livelihood, in my hands and I take that responsibility very seriously. I want them to know from the very beginning that I will do everything I can to ensure that they receive a positive outcome.”
Brett is experienced in both state and federal litigation where he has represented clients in numerous areas including contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, federal employment related issues, and both products liability and personal injury defense. Brett’s wide breadth of litigation experience provides him with the knowledge and know how to handle complex cases for Hancock Daniel clients.
