Clint Nichols is an associate with Hancock, Daniel & Johnson, P.C. Clint’s practice focuses on counseling health care providers on regulatory compliance matters including licensure, risk-management, and certification. He also assists clients in the course of investigation and enforcement actions. Another of Clint’s practice areas includes health care planning and operational strategies where he provides counsel on certificate of need matters.
Clint understands the evolving regulatory landscape that health care providers face. “Clients need trusted and reasonable advocates and advisors on their side to address the challenges of the ever-changing health care industry,” Clint says. “Our mission is to offer the steady counsel and representation our clients deserve, thereby contributing to their overall success.”
Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, Clint clerked for the Honorable Henry E. Hudson in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He also spent several years with a firm in Richmond where his practice focused on corporate and bankruptcy related litigation, as well as advocacy on behalf of clients before the Virginia General Assembly. Clint has represented clients in state, federal, and appellate proceedings.
