Eileen Geller is an Associate in Hancock Daniel’s Commercial Litigation group. Eileen has experience representing clients in a vast array of commercial litigation matters including tort (personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and insurance defense), insurance coverage disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and contractual disputes. Her recent trial experience includes breach of contract disputes with vendors, defense of tort claims against business owners and their employees, and payment/reimbursement disputes involving governmental payors, individuals, and private companies. Eileen is licensed in state and federal courts in Virginia.
Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, Eileen worked on complex tort and products liability defense at Bowman and Brooke, LLP. In her free time, Eileen serves as the president of the Richmond Audubon Society and runs with the RVA Rebels running group.
