Malcolm Thomas advocates for hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation. He is dedicated to putting the time and effort into cultivating the trusting relationships needed to successfully counsel clients.
Malcolm understands the hard work and dedication of healthcare providers, and seeks to reflect that hard work in their advocacy. “Healthcare providers fill an important role in our society,” says Malcolm. “When it comes to shepherding medical professionals through litigation, I combine a meticulous, solution-focused approach and candid, effective communication with clients to help them return to their important work.”
Malcolm finds his motivation in being part of a firm that is committed to teamwork and the success of its clients, and is excited to contribute to that type of team at Hancock Daniel.
Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, Malcolm served as a law clerk to Judge James S. Yoffy, Judge Lee A. Harris, Jr., Judge Gary A Hicks, Judge John Marshall, and Judge Richard S. Wallerstein, Jr., all of the Henrico County Circuit Court.
