Since joining the firm, Randal has focused his practice on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters involving large, multi-state health systems and small community providers. Randal has experience assisting hospitals, health systems and other healthcare providers in mergers and acquisitions, including document review and drafting, due diligence, closing coordination, and antitrust and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act issues.
