Susan Fittipaldi is well versed in the administrative process for healthcare providers. Having previously worked for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Office of General Counsel, she cultivated invaluable knowledge of the regulatory environment and has maintained a strong relationship with the agency allowing her to easily navigate regulatory issues for clients. Susan also serves as an administrative Hearing Officer for SCDHEC in matters involving long-term care and federal regulatory issues.
Susan’s practice is focused on healthcare regulatory and employment matters. She enjoys counseling and advising clients on such matters before they become thorny legal disputes. Prior to entering private practice, Susan clerked for the Honorable Helen E. Hoens in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Justice Hoens later served as Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
