It is an unfortunate reality that most healthcare providers will face the unpleasant experience of a lawsuit at some point in their careers. Tracie Dorfman understands how critical the stakes are for providers who risk a damaged reputation from a medical malpractice claim. She knows how to be calm and focused when facing complex case-related issues and what it takes to build and present a sound, persuasive defense.
“I consider how the stress of a lawsuit affects providers who must continue to focus on delivering quality care while the case is pending,” Tracie says. “I try to provide compassionate representation to Hancock Daniel clients to help ease the burden of the legal process while working tirelessly on the details of our defense strategy.”
Tracie began practicing healthcare law in 2008. Since then, she has successfully defended hospitals, doctors, dentists and nurses in medical malpractice lawsuits and has had many defense verdicts reported in the list of Million Dollar Defense Verdicts by Virginia Medical Law Report.
