Collaboration and communication are critical to Ben Wengerd’s practice. “Throughout a case, I work cross-functionally with other Hancock Daniel legal teams to share best practices and apply the most current laws to our client’s defense,” he says. “I also stay connected to clients during the entire process. Doing so allows me to gain a more thorough understanding of the medical aspects involved as well as the allegations in the case. It also ensures that clients know the status of their defense at all times and allows them to play an instrumental role in the development of their case presentation that will be given to a jury.”
Ben represents community hospitals, nurses and physicians, defending them in medical malpractice litigation.
