Caroline’s practice includes advising clients on a wide range of transactions including asset sales, joint ventures and other affiliation models, corporate governance, and various physician and business contracts. Caroline has prior experience representing mortgage banking clients in multifamily housing loan transactions sold to agency lenders, including the origination, sale and servicing of loans. Caroline’s previous experience is invaluable to the problem-solving that is needed to execute complex deals in the healthcare setting.
