Molly represents hospitals, health systems and behavioral health providers across the country in a variety of specialized areas and is a self-described “day-to-day, A-to-Z hospital lawyer.” She has helped large hospital systems create and build their own Patient Safety Organizations (PSOs), which aim to foster an environment of increased quality and improved patient safety among participating providers. She also focuses on medical staff matters for hospitals, including privileging, peer review and disciplinary matters, as well as healthcare risk management, behavioral health law, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. She has been a litigator and a corporate attorney for hospitals, which Molly says has broadened her knowledge and how she analyzes her work. Molly has been recognized by Virginia Business as Legal Elite and as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
“I’ve spent a lot of time cultivating and nurturing the relationships I’ve formed. Every day, I have the pleasure of working with administrators and healthcare providers in hospitals as well as serving both national in-house counsel and their business teams. I work with many of the nation’s largest healthcare systems on a daily basis and value the trust and partnership I maintain with them. I take good care of our clients, the work they entrust me with and their business needs.”
