As an associate attorney at Hancock Daniel, Nick brings a wide breadth of litigation experience to bear for his medical malpractice clients. With a significant background in litigation, Nick has counselled clients through exceptionally challenging situations and has successfully tried cases in Virginia courts. “I fully appreciate the unfortunate impact litigation can have on clients,” Nick says. “Medical professionals faced with malpractice claims certainly deal with their own unique set of professional, financial, and personal challenges. Having the right legal team by their side can be an invaluable source of steadiness throughout otherwise difficult circumstances.” Nick strives to provide compassionate and client-focused representation while working diligently to provide the most persuasive and legally sound defense possible.
