Suzanne M. Lim

Suzanne Lim understands the challenges facing healthcare providers today. As the daughter of a physician and a nurse, Suzanne knows well the demands placed on healthcare providers and the painful impact that a medical malpractice claim can have on them. This personal knowledge and comfort with healthcare providers informs Suzanne’s approach to representing Hancock Daniel’s clients. “My practice philosophy is centered on vigorously protecting my clients by building collegial relationships that form the foundation for proactive, creative resolutions” says Suzanne.

Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, Suzanne gained substantial litigation experience handling large volume defense and subrogation matters ranging from auto and personal injury to products liability, premises liability, toxic torts and insurance defense actions. Her practice now encompasses representation of physicians, dentists, and other healthcare practitioners in malpractice and regulatory board matters.
