Promoted to Income Partner:
Meghan Gosline. Meghan is a member of our commercial litigation team in Richmond, Virginia. She focuses on insurance coverage counseling and litigation for property and casualty carriers, regularly handling declaratory judgment actions and complex coverage disputes across state and federal courts. A seasoned trial lawyer, she has taken thousands of matters to disposition and more than twenty jury trials as lead or solo counsel; her practice also includes commercial litigation and general liability defense.
Ryan Martin. Ryan is a member of our corporate regulatory team in Richmond, Virginia. He advises hospitals, health systems, physician practices, private equity sponsors, and post-acute/behavioral health providers on licensure, certification, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and Certificate of Need matters. He routinely handles regulatory filings for transactions and major projects and has been recognized as a Virginia Lawyers Weekly “Up & Coming Lawyer” (2025) and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2026).
Kambria Lannetti Talley. Kambria is a member of our medical malpractice team in Fairfax, Virginia. Kambria’s medical malpractice defense practice draws on a strong foundation in insurance defense and complex civil litigation. She has demonstrated significant leadership in bar organizations, and she has been recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (2023–2025) and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024–2026).
Promoted to Equity Partner:
Ben Traynham. Ben is an income partner and member of our Government Affairs team in Richmond, Virginia. He leads matters at the intersection of health care and government, including government relations, health regulatory boards, pharmacy, telemedicine, and related compliance issues. Drawing on prior service as Senior Policy Advisor & Counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, he has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2024–2026) and as Virginia Business “Legal Elite” (2023–2024).
