Program Overview:
This program will discuss the current enforcement environment surrounding long term care providers and review recent enforcement initiatives by both state and federal governments.
The presenters will then address some of the current hot topics in long term care compliance, such as employee screening, overpayment disclosure and repayment, discrimination, and privacy and security and highlight real life examples demonstrating the impact these issues have had on various long-term care providers.
The program will conclude with a discussion on how effective corporate compliance and quality assurance programs can help reduce long-term care provider’s liability risks in these areas.
