Jeffrey Stodghill

Jeff Stodghill is Senior Counsel at Hancock, Daniel & Johnson, P.C. and a member of Hancock Daniel’s corporate healthcare group. Jeff’s practice focuses on representing healthcare organizations, both non-profit and for-profit, engaging in transactions involving a wide range of healthcare facilities and business lines such as acute care hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, behavioral health facilities and skilled nursing facilities. Those types of transactions include the acquisition or divestiture of single or multiple facilities and businesses through asset or equity structured deals, the negotiation of the material definitive agreements governing the organization, capitalization and ongoing governance of joint ventures that own and operate healthcare facilities, and the negotiation and drafting of complex operational management agreements and similar contractional relationships. Jeff enjoys practicing corporate law in the healthcare arena due to the diversity of clients and issues that it always presents.
