Nadeem’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and general civil litigation. He represents businesses and individuals throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Nadeem joins Hancock Daniel with three years of experience as a civil litigator. He has successfully defended a variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and state and local governments. He places a high premium on consistent communication with his clients to effectively identify, understand, and achieve their goals. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, the Henrico Bar Association, and the Richmond Bar Association. “The two most valuable assets I strive to offer my clients are effective preparation and a careful understanding of their goals.”
Before entering private practice, Nadeem served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Circuit Court of Henrico County. During law school, he was a member of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and provided pro bono legal assistance to veterans with VA Disability Compensation claims.
