Abby Dreiling

Abby is an associate at Hancock Daniel, focusing on litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and payor disputes for healthcare providers. “I am dedicated to developing my expertise in these fields and providing diligent support in case preparation, legal research, and client advocacy. Using comprehensive and systematic decision making, my goal is to deliver the best results for my clients.”

Prior to joining Hancock Daniel as an associate, she received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. During her time in law school, Abby served as Lead Articles Editor on the executive board for the University of Richmond Law Review and worked as an extern with the General Counsel of the University of Richmond. Abby spent her summers in law school interning with the Honorable Lynne K. Jones, Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada, and as a summer associate at Hancock Daniel prior to returning to the firm as a full time associate.
