Ashley Fine

Ashley is an associate at Hancock Daniel where she helps clients navigate complex litigation matters with a focus on commercial disputes and insurance coverage. “From policy terms to courtroom strategy, every detail matters. When disputes arise, I focus on the facts, the policy, and finding the best path forward. These issues can be complicated, but my role is to deliver practical solutions.”

Prior to joining Hancock Daniel as an associate, she received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. During her time in law school, Ashley served as Board Member on the executive board for the University of Richmond Law and Business Forum and as a member of the John Marshall Inn of Court. Ashley also completed an externship with the Virginia Office of the Attorney General. Ashley spent her summers in law school as a Summer Associate with Hancock Daniel before returning to the firm as a full-time associate. Ashley has been featured in The Richmond Lawyer. Ashley also co-authored an article which was published in the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys’ Journal of Civil Litigation.
