Trevor’s practice consists of business counseling and litigation, focusing on labor and employment matters. His decades of legal work also have spanned a variety of other practice areas; from bankruptcy and real estate disputes to copyright and estate litigation.
Trevor began practice clerking for administrative law judges at the Department of Energy before entering private practice with several firms in Louisville, Kentucky. He then served as Senior Counsel of a company operating skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Whether representing a client as outside or in-house counsel, Trevor’s approach is the same; He is a determined champion for his clients. “My primary job is to solve problems. That’s my function as an attorney – I find solutions to my clients’ most pressing issues to optimize all of their available options.”
