Allison N. Riley

Allison advises and represents clients in the defense of medical malpractice actions as an associate attorney at Hancock Daniel. Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan D. Frieden for the Fairfax County Circuit Court and interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Allison received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Sociology from Colorado State University with a minor in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice and was appointed the Community Service Chair for the Student Bar Association.
