Guy D. Cheatham

Guy Cheatham is a corporate associate in Hancock Daniel’s Richmond office, where he advises clients on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance matters, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Hancock Daniel, Guy served as a judicial law clerk for Judges David B. Caddell, John Overton Harris, Victoria A.B. Willis, and Robert E. Reibach in the 15th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

Guy earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as a Senior Technical Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, & the Law and as an Executive Editor for the American University Health Law & Policy Brief.

Guy enjoys working with healthcare clients to navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges and develop solutions in an evolving healthcare landscape. “Coming from a family of healthcare workers, it is a privilege to work with healthcare clients as they navigate an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment and strive to deliver quality services to patients.”
