Alex is an attorney in Hancock Daniel’s Richmond Office, where he advises clients on labor and employment issues including administrative claims, litigation, and advice and counseling on employment agreements and policies. In addition, Alex handles workplace injury claims before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission. Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, Alex gained significant experience counseling employers and insurance carriers on the intricacies of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act. Alex says, “Often, good legal advice requires an attorney to draw on his or her experiences outside of the legal profession.”
Alex handles labor issues including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
