Ben is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on a wide range of insurance coverage and liability disputes. He also practices in the areas of general liability defense and business litigation.
Prior to joining Hancock Daniel, Ben spent several years at a law firm in Richmond representing businesses and individuals in general litigation, real estate, and business representation matters. His experience working both on plaintiff and defense sides of disputes gives him a unique perspective that helps him counsel clients and litigate matters effectively. “Ensuring that clients achieve the best results is my primary objective. I focus on providing attention to detail, understanding all aspects of a given client’s needs, and meticulously preparing in order to anticipate and defend against issues and arguments that may arise during the course of representation.”
During law school, Ben was the Editor-in-Chief of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, and gained experience through internships in both Virginia state and federal courts.
