Chloe is an associate at Hancock Daniel, where she advises clients on corporate transactions and regulatory compliance matters. She supports clients at the cross-section of business and legal issues, such as reimbursement, business model development and growth, and data use and protection. “Whether it be navigating Federal or State regulations, I am eager to help clients achieve short and long-term goals.”
Prior to law school, Chloe worked at a large healthcare research, technology, and consulting firm and obtained a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University. She then went to law school to deepen her understanding of healthcare law. Chloe takes a holistic, systems-based approach to her work, and cares deeply about expanding access to and quality of care for the patients that healthcare entities serve.
