Geoffrey is an associate in Hancock Daniel’s Richmond Office, where he advises clients in corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Geoffrey counsels clients on a variety of corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state fraud and abuse issues, physician and business contracts including matters involving Stark, kickback, and tax-exemption, and additional federal and state regulations. “The healthcare industry continues to evolve and it is my mission to provide the most efficient solutions to the both the longstanding and latest industry issues.”
Geoffrey received his juris doctorate from University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and as the President of the Black Law Students Association. During law school, Geoffrey worked as a summer associate at Hancock Daniel and served as a law clerk for the Securities and Exchange Commission before returning to the firm.
