Izzy is an associate in Hancock Daniel’s Richmond Office where she advises clients in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. During her time at Hancock Daniel, Izzy has researched and written on topics including the increased prevalence of private equity in healthcare, the applicability of Stark exemptions to potential statutory violations, and the corporate practice of medicine. Izzy advises clients on a wide range of issues including federal and state regulatory requirements, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. “Healthcare law is advancing at a rapid pace. Izzy received her juris doctorate from University of Richmond School of Law where she served as a student program manager for the Harry L. Carrico Center for Pro Bono & Public Service as well as the Community Outreach Chair for the Richmond Chapter of the Student Bar Association. Izzy was also an active member of the University of Richmond Law Review where she held a position as an Associate Online Editor. During law school, Izzy worked as a summer associate at Hancock Daniel and as a Spring legal intern before returning full time to the firm.
