Meghan Gosline

Meghan is an accomplished litigator with background in a variety of practice areas. She methodically applies her litigation skills and experience to advocacy for her clients. “My approach to litigation is to conduct analysis from all perspectives and prepare for all potential outcomes. Experience on both sides of the aisle has helped me hone my litigation and negotiation skills so that I can get the absolute best result for my clients.”

Meghan is a native of Virginia and a proud Hokie. During law school at George Mason University, she was selected as an elite group of third-year students that taught legal research and writing to first-year students. Upon earning her J.D., Meghan began practicing law at a firm focused on business litigation and commercial transactions in Arlington, Virginia. There, she gained experience representing business entities in forming, transitioning, and managing their businesses as well as legal issues and lawsuits that arose.

Next, Meghan continued her law career as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, gaining invaluable trial experience prosecuting criminal cases in Fairfax and Chesterfield Counties, Virginia. As a prosecutor, she was responsible for every aspect of the criminal case, from its inception through motions practice, trial, and appeals. Meghan has personally taken thousands of cases to trial or resolution in court, at least twenty of which were tried before a jury. After being in court daily for over five years, Meghan is most comfortable in the courtroom advocating for her clients.
