Rob Pearsall’s practice focuses on commercial real estate: land use, land management, easement creation and preservation, complex financing for property acquisition and rehabilitation/refinance, zoning, government compliance, settlements, title insurance issues, and related litigation.
Mr. Pearsall has decades of experience preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, organizational documents and other related documents for commercial real estate transactions, in addition to advising clients as to ‘best practices’.
Mr. Pearsall previously served as Virginia and D.C. state counsel for a nationwide title insurance carrier, contracts manager for a nationwide financial institution and assisted in the financing of multi-family housing complex transactions across the country.
