Vallerie’s background in clinical care and health administration allows her a unique perspective in healthcare law. Before pursuing a legal career, Vallerie worked at the bedside as a Registered Nurse and a health administrator for business development. These experiences provided Vallerie with insights into the complexities of clinical care, financial/operational management, healthcare policy, strategic planning, and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Vallerie acts as an advocate for clients by assisting healthcare organizations and entities with practical guidance and effective solutions. “Healthcare’s complex balance of patient care, operations, strategy, and finance requires effective and meaningful legal counsel for healthcare entities to develop and grow,” says Vallerie.” My role as healthcare regulatory counsel is to understand and anticipate client needs and concerns in an ever-changing healthcare landscape,” she adds.
