Grant W. Shea

Grant Shea is a corporate associate in Hancock Daniel’s Richmond office. Grant regularly advises clients on a variety of matters including real estate transactions, service and vendor contracts, corporate governance, and corporate finance. Grant’s real estate transaction experience includes advising clients on leases, acquisitions, dispositions, development, title and survey review, and licensing requirements.

Grant is an attentive counselor and an assiduous advocate. “As someone who has a loved one working in a hospital, I have a sense of the compassion and critical thinking that is demanded of healthcare workers on a daily basis. I try to mirror that same compassion and critical thinking in my work.”

Grant received his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review and had his student comment published in the Volume 56 Winter 2022 issue. During law school, Grant worked at several different law firms in varying capacities.
