Jill Webb has devoted her career to serving as a valued advisor for public and private companies, helping them create and implement strategies that achieve their business, financial and regulatory goals. For more than 12 years, she served as counsel to an investor-owned energy holding company and its operating subsidiaries in Texas and New Mexico. In that role, Jill regularly communicated with and advised executives and boards of directors with regard to innovative and traditional public and private financial transactions in the capital and credit markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and communications strategies, and complex regulatory and accounting matters. Jill also has served as designated underwriters’ counsel for one of the nation’s largest producers and transporters of energy headquartered in Virginia. She also has diverse experience in manufacturing, retail and various other industries.
Jill joined Hancock Daniel to provide corporate and transactional counsel for healthcare and other clients. Her broad experience in highly regulated industries brings an expertise partnering with clients and the ability to navigate complex business transactions. “I make sure I can anticipate what clients need from me – I am there to offer risk assessment, to help them get to a yes or a no, and to be efficient in executing important tasks. Providing legal analysis is only part of my important role.
